Spanish giant Barcelona may move for Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman this summer after their officials were impressed with his performance for Atlanta in the final of the Europa League against Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday night.

Barcelona duo Deco and Bojan Krkic were left impressed by the shining performance of the 26-year-old Nigerian in the Europa League final, generating interest ahead of the summer transfer window.
Lookman proved himself at the highest level and earned himself a rare 10 rating from L’Equipe for his heroic Europa League final win over Xabi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen, netting a hattrick to drive Serie A side to victory on one of the biggest stages. He has now netted 15 goals and provided eight assists across 43 matches this season.

As reported by Spanish outlet Sport, Barcelona directors Deco and Krkic were in the stands of the Aviva Stadium and were left thoroughly impressed by Lookman in the Europa League final, believing he’d be an interesting fit for the squad in Catalonia.
